At the North West Regional Organised Crime Unit, tackling the illegal use of firearms in the North West remains our top priority.
We are committed to taking firearms, and the criminals who use them, off the streets across the North West, to help make our communities safer.
To do this, we need help from communities living in fear of these criminals to help us put them behind bars.
If you know anything, whether it’s about a specific incident or about gun crime in general, please report it.
However you chose to report what you know, your information will help to disrupt criminal activity and get guns off the streets within the North West.
If you know anything about guns, including who is using them or where they are being stored, call police on 101.
In an emergency always dial 999.
If you know something but don’t want to give your name, call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 or visit www.crimestoppers-uk.org
Crimestoppers is a charity, independent of the police. They are interested in what you know, not who you are, so you won’t have to give your name, give a statement to police, or go to court.
